Update - Gary is getting an epidural either tonight or tomorrow morning. It will be just like the ones we have when we are pregnant! They will come bedside to do this and hopefully will take him through Monday.
Joyce is with Gary now so that I can go out! Gary is doing alright today but is still struggling with severe pain.
I will go back to the hospital tonight and give you an update tomorrow morning!

Ouch! I guess if you don't look at the needle - and you consider the alternatives (or lack thereof), this is a positive. I sure wish the doctors could remedy this pain for Gary - keep on praying and believing! I remember my mom - managing the pain and discomfort is so much of the battle. It definitely makes the difference between a good day and a not-so-good day. Hold fast!
Liz sees Kristin at 700a in the morning. How someone can do that without coffee is beyond me. Three shot minimum!
