With Great Sadness

It is with overwhelming sadness that I tell you that Gary died at 2:31 this morning (Saturday).
The kids were all in bed with him and we embraced him as he took his last breath.
Words cannot begin to tell you how sad we are.
Please keep us in your prayers and we will give you an update when I am emotionally ready to.

GARYS MEMORIAL

Wednesday, January 14, 2009
Presbyterian Church of the Master (corner of Oso/Marguerite)
1:00 PM

We are asking you to all join us. The kids would love to have all of your children there as well. The boys need to be surrounded by their friends.

Peace is flowing like a river.
Flowing out through you and me--.
Spreading out into the desert.
Setting all the captives free.
Setting all the captives free.

Much love.

God saw you getting tired.
When a cure was not to be,
He closed his arms around you and
whispered, "Come to Me".

In tears we saw you sinking.
We watched you fade away.
Our hearts were almost broken,
you fought so hard to stay.

But when we saw you sleeping
so peacefully from pain,
We could not wish you back
to suffer so again.

A golden heart stopped beating
Hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove
He only takes the best.

So keep your arms around him Lord,
and give him special care.
Make up for all he suffered
and all that seemed unfair.

We do know that God's loving arms are around Gary now.

Dear Sallee Family

What an incredably loving way to send Gary to his Father, embraced by the Earth family he so dearly loved into his heavenly Father's wating hands. Gary is still surrounding you with his love along with all of the angels. My early heart breaks for your pain, but Gary will always be with you loving you, guiding you and watching over you.... prayers always.

Thinking of you in this sad time. I only met Gary once, but I'm sure he's in a better place now than what he's had to endure recently.

Wishing you and your family the best,
